| Abstract |
The most important thing for a trip is to make people have a good travel experience, so that group guests can feel the joy of travel. But there are many factors that affect the quality of the itinerary. However, few researches discuss whether the quality of the tour will be affected by the quality of the group guests? For example, it is clearly required that everyone should be on time together to rush to the next scene when the gathering time is up. As a result, the tour of the next scene is delayed due to the delayed assembly of the group. This will also make all the participating guests have a bad travel experience. So, the quality of the tour is affected. This article discusses the theoretical difference in the characteristics of the group guests from the flow network theory to how much influence the tour quality is affected. This provides that the industry can conduct a special survey of the group guests when forming a group, so as to arrange a tour plan that meets the characteristics of the group guest. Improve the overall quality of the tour. This article also gives a numerical example as a reference for how to apply this method. |
