| Abstract |
In the past, the performance evaluation of product sales was calculated by the amount of purchase. But the sales process can require the assistance of many people to close a sale. Therefore, if the performance evaluation of the product sales process is carried out for everyone in the process, more objective data can be obtained. This paper proposes a performance evaluation study based on reliability theory with two product sales processes at the same time. Traditionally, the performance evaluation method based on reliability theory can only deal with a single product process, but in fact, the business department of an enterprise often sells more than one product. Therefore, in order to improve the application level of this performance evaluation method, this paper first proposes simultaneous sales. Process evaluation methods for both products. In this paper, a numerical example is given to illustrate the application of this method. |
