Title | The Study on the Parking Location and Rescue Time of Ladder Fire Truck-Taking the Guoguang Fire Brigade as an Example | ||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | The study mainly explores the relationship between the parking position and rescue time of the ladder fire truck, taking the Guoguang Fire Brigade of Zhonghe District of New Taipei City as an example. The research method is based on the experimental design method, simulating the 5th floor building as the ignition point, and simulating different rescue situations according to the parking position of the ladder fire truck (oblique rescue and right angle rescue). Observe whether the parking position of the ladder car causes the rescue time difference during the operation of the firefighters, and compare it with the difference in the time of the ladder fire truck operated by the colleagues of the detachment. Explore whether there is an impact on the speed of disaster relief and how to improve parking locations. The main conclusion is that the oblique angle rescue time is relatively short compared to the right angle rescue time of the ladder fire truck. Most firefighters performed well in the oblique angle rescue process, and the average difference in rescue operation time between the two was 135 seconds. Only three firefighters performed better than oblique angle rescue, but the gap was not large, only about 13 seconds faster at most. All firefighters are better at oblique angle rescue in terms of total time performance, showing that the ladder fire truck is parked at the oblique rescue point, which can accelerate the rescue process of all operators. The slow time of rescue is likely to lead to the expansion of the fire, which will pose a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property.The on-site disaster relief vehicle should be at least vacated with a frontal space of about 12 meters long and about 7 meters wide, so that the ladder truck can be rescued at an oblique angle and accelerate the rescue speed of the ladder truck |
