  • Abstract This study is based on the case of an electrical and mechanical company's regular inspection and maintenance management of a high school's high voltage power distribution station. The study includes the main distribution station and three buildings of high voltage substation electrical and mechanical installations, regular monthly inspections, regular outage in-depth inspection, as well as preventive maintenance and abnormal emergency notification process for the case company's management mode. The actual regular inspection data are used to analyze the effectiveness of the case company's management model on the operation of the customer's electrical and mechanical installations. In this study, the E&M equipment was categorized into four different categories, including safety, convenience, reliability, and functionality, with different English codes. The data were analyzed by ANOVA and Pearson Covariance Analysis of Statistical Software (SPSS) to obtain the following results:
    1. When the season or load changes in different groups, there is no significant difference in the mean value of each structure between the main distribution station and each sub-substation,
    2. There is a low correlation between the total distribution station and the high voltage substations,
    3. The average values and related data of each structure for different (group) seasons of load can be used by both parties as a reference for future inspection, maintenance by engineers, and completion of the return management process.
    4. After long-term inspection and preventive maintenance of the main distribution station and high voltage substations, the operation of the installations at each station will be able to achieve effective power supply quality and reliability.
    Any abnormality during regular inspections should be recorded immediately, and when the scope of influence of the abnormal state expands, customers will be notified immediately through the company's pipeline, and standby personnel will be contacted immediately to plan contingency measures based on the on-site conditions, so as to gain more response time and eliminate the anomalies in the shortest possible time.
