| Abstract | The cultural trajectory and accumulated historical context carried by the historical buildings can bear witness to a certain era in the past, and can also concretely present the cultural records of that era. In recent years, with the increasing awareness of cultural heritage preservation and the rise of tourism and cultural industries, the revitalization and reutilization of historical sites and historical buildings has become a topic that has been continuously discussed. The buildings in Rong-Jin Gorgeous Time Park have important historical value and cultural significance, so they are designated as historical buildings. After restoration and renovation, they have transformed into a complex life park. This research focuses on the two aspects of "revitalization of cultural heritage and people's sensory experience". It is hoped that through this research, more specific suggestions and improvements can be provided for the operation of the park, so as to give full utilization to its cultural value and realize its preservation goals. Based on the case study and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: in the aspect of "cultural assets-based revitalization", the value of historical heritage can be further deepened. It is hoped that the government will collabrate with academic institutions and professional organizations to develop the characteristics of Rongjin Gorgeous Time Park. In terms of "public sensory experience", it is hoped that there will be more shops with historical and cultural features in the park, rather than famous high-priced shops. It is suggested that Rongjin Gorgeous Time Park can improve its business model and strengthen the function of historical and cultural preservation. |
