Abstract |
流程型企業的員工工作目標制定是一件相當困難的事情,因為上游的生產速度會與下游的生產速度產生關連,並且因為流程裡每個工作的內容不盡相同,導致不僅工作目標的制定困難,而且所衍生的工作績效評估也是難以服眾。傳統上,員工工作目標的制訂大部份是依據資深經理人的經驗法則來制定,雖然勉強可以執行企業目標,但是因為缺乏客觀的學理根據,在管理上,經常出現衝突,而且沒有徹底解決的辦法。本研究嘗試以網路理論的模式,研究客觀制定流程型企業員工的工作目標方法,並舉一數值實例來說明如何應用本方法解決多年管理上存在的難解問題。 |
