Title Study on the Relationship between Tourism Quality and Satisfaction in Pinglin Area

  • Abstract This study takes tourism in Pinglin area as an example to investigate the correlation between tourism quality and satisfaction, and the results of the study are for the reference of Pinglin tourism and Pinglin catering industry. The study was conducted with paper questionnaires and anonymous responses were based on the respondents' personal experiences and feelings. This study explores the variables in different backgrounds on the correlation between the various aspects of the difference between the situation, the questionnaire questions using Lee Keat five-point scale design, a total of 267 questionnaires were distributed, 267 recovered 100% recovery rate, of which 4 invalid questionnaires, 263 valid questionnaires valid questionnaire recovery rate of 98.5%. The results of the questionnaire survey were analyzed empirically using narrative statistical analysis, reliability and factor analysis, and factor analysis. The results of the study showed that:
    1.There are some significant differences in the satisfaction level of different personal backgrounds with the tourism software and hardware facilities in Pinglin.
    2.There is no significant difference in the satisfaction of Pinglin Tourism's food and beverage service quality among different personal background variables.
    3.There is no significant difference in the willingness to revisit among different personal background variables.
    4.Satisfaction with the software and hardware facilities of Pinglin Tourism has a positive effect on satisfaction with the quality of food and beverage services.
