  • Abstract The Social and Family Affairs Administration Ministry of Health and Welfare (SFAA) counts 8,304 home care mothers in the Greater Taipei area. So far, 5,435 people have home care records, in order to cope with the impact of the national low birthrate on home care mothers by influence first make policy preparations. Based on the service level of individual home care nurses, this study conducted a statistical analysis of geographic information system hotspots and kriging spaces to understand the spatial distribution of home care nurses' service locations in the Greater Taipei area. Based on the statistics of home-based childcare and nanny personnel on the SFAA.
    The results of the study show that most of the home-based caregivers in the Greater Taipei area are concentrated in the city center. Using the Kriging method of geographic information system analysis, it is estimated that the distribution of home-based caregivers in Taipei and the districts of New Taipei is the same as that of Beitou, Taipei City, Beitou, Taipei City and New Taipei City. Shilin, Datong, Zhongshan and other four regions are the most. In the further analysis of hotspots, the intensity of service levels is estimated. The results show that the most senior home-based nursery staff in the Greater Taipei area are concentrated in Sanchong District, Banqiao District, and Zhongshan District. The junction of Shilin District and Daan District, followed by the junction of Shilin District, Neihu District, Nangang District and Wenshan District.
