  • Abstract This research proposes "The Development of Standard of Procedure and Human-Machine Interface for Transition and Acceptance Process of the Public Electromechanical System of New-Built Buildings ". The purpose is to use the network information system to develop a set of man-machine interfaces and establish standard operating procedures, so as to enhance the building management committee and residents to establish a good mutual assistance relationship with the builders and reduce disputes, and complete the acceptance of the buildingˇ¦s public electrical and mechanical facilities. Through the development of this system, the value of the building can be improved, and the Public Fund of the building can be successfully obtained from the public treasury of the county and city government to facilitate the operation of the building management committee.
    The research direction of this thesis begins with the introduction of the legal source specifications for count delivery and acceptance of the building's public electromechanical system, and the building management committee hires a third-party impartial unit to carry out the acceptance. The second step is to formulate the public electromechanical system's count delivery and acceptance project, inspection standard process and Meeting notes, and finally complete the initial inspection report, re-inspection procedures and negotiation between the builder and the management committee. This is conducive to the management committee and builders to apply for public funds, etc. This research is to present this standard operating procedure in a human-computer interface, so that the building management committees and residents can quickly understand the entire handover and acceptance process, and then successfully complete the building's public electromechanical system point delivery and acceptance work.
