| Abstract | Most of the formwork projects in domestic construction projects use traditional wood formwork construction methods. However, because wood formwork requires a large amount of materials and cannot be recycled, special skilled workers are required for construction. In the absence of workers, the project often causes delays and declines in project quality. This paper takes Zhongli No. 1 social housing as an example to discuss the construction process of aluminum formwork, how to solve the problems encountered in changing the design, study the related construction process, establish quality management standards and inspection points, and effectively solve the problem of shortage of formwork professional and technical workers through the planning and construction of aluminum formwork This study adopts the case study method to analyze the construction period, construction quality and benefits of the aluminum formwork construction method, and proposes an advanced method of aluminum formwork construction to facilitate subsequent increase in construction efficiency and cost reduction. The aluminum template construction in this paper has a high recovery rate and meets the needs of environmental protection. The threshold for installation technical training is not high, and the personnel training is simple, which can reduce the waste generated by cutting materials on site. At this stage, due to the small number of projects in the aluminum formwork construction industry, the construction plants of the new project site are often worried about the high cost and the problem of construction personnel, and dare not use it. Through the study of aluminum formwork construction methods in this paper, the aluminum formwork construction technology can be followed and the formwork construction technology can be improved. |
