||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | At 2:54 a.m. on October 14, 110, a building fire in the " city within a city " building at No. 31, Fubei Road, Yancheng District, Kaohsiung City killed at least 46 people and injured 43 people. It was the second deadliest building fire in Taiwan's postwar history. Residential and commercial mixed old buildings are faced with the lack of management system and fire protection equipment due to the lack of laws and regulations, complex property rights, difficult management of personnel access, tampering with internal layout, low ability of residents to escape, and increased fire load of debris in public spaces, and many factors make it more difficult for firefighters to rescue. In this study, according to the methods agreed by experts to be the most familiar with the subject of this study, field surveys were conducted and relevant disaster relief information was built on the house number infographics of each floor . After military simulation and field drill, it was concluded that there are differences between practice and drill situations, narrow roadways and chimney effects require different rescue deployments, and more use of rescue information built with electronic equipment to overcome the lack of familiarity and other conclusions to improve fire rescue efficiency. Suggestions on software and hardware are provided as a reference for future fire agencies to prevent and rescue fires in Xinwei market resettlement apartments. |
