  • Abstract Environmental Performance Evaluation is an internal management procedures and tools, it will not pollute the environment, reviewed regularly using various indicators, including: management systems, operating system and the surrounding environment. Indicators comparable time series of environmental performance, to follow the set of goals or vision collect all kinds of EPE indicators and selected the appropriate indicators, and then to collect and collate data for the establishment of indicators to assess the environmental performance data. The purpose of this study is develop an appropriate set of environmental performance indicators for assessing the environmental performance of solar thin-film plant before and after the implementation of environmental management to improve the situation and extent. The results of this study found that the environmental performance of solar thin-film plant to assess the impact of 16 factors as: Electricity consumption per unit of product, process unit product consumption, electricity consumption per unit of product factory, saving rate, the amount of sludge per unit, per unit of product waste solvents generation, water consumption per unit of product and water consumption, waste water discharge per unit of product the amount of the total emissions of air pollutants -HF total -THC air pollutant emissions per unit of product raw materials usage, reduction of the amount recovered savings: by reducing the amount of resource use, pollution prevention or recycling savings per unit of product the use ofhazardous substances, the number of units of poisonous product, detecting RoHS regulations product ratio detection RoHS correlation detection value, results of this study provide the industry in the development and revision environmental Performance Indicators reference.
