| Title | A study of Rebar Expansion and Mechanical Connectors on Construction Site | ||
| Keyword | |||
| Abstract | Taiwan's urban development is intensively developed, and the population is concentrated in major cities. After experiencing several large-scale earthquake disasters, the demand for earthquake resistance of buildings has gradually increased, which has led to the design specifications and reinforcement quantity requirements for steel bars in today's structural design. Gradually increasing, but during construction, the increased number of steel bars during the RC construction process caused difficulties in lashing construction and concrete pouring, which indirectly affected the quality of the RC structure. On the contrary, it reduced the original design of the building. Excellent earthquake resistance and durability. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of "mechanical expansion anchoring" and "splicer" as alternative construction methods in steel bar engineering. Analyze and compare the traditional construction methods of "bent hook anchoring" and "dislocation lap joint" with "mechanical expansion anchoring" and "use of connectors"; to explore the practicality and cost advantages and disadvantages of alternative construction methods, and It is promoted as a reference suggestion for engineering construction in the industry. Through literature analysis, literature collection and project site investigation, this article first explores and compares the differences in the difficulty of construction and the quality of completion between traditional construction methods and alternative construction methods, and collects the current construction status and costs of relevant construction methods through participation in the project site. Through analysis and comparison, we hope that the analysis results of this study can give future engineering construction units more diversified options in RC structural engineering practices, help facilitate on-site construction and maintain the quality of the original RC structure. Research and analysis results show that the mechanical expansion anchoring method has: 1. The use of less steel bars for processing the main bars 2. The steel bar construction space in the beam is sufficient and the construction efficiency is relatively high 3. The steel bar gap in the beam is easier to adjust the concrete grip Best 4. The advantages of better structural quality can be obtained when the mixed soil is poured and applied. The mechanical splicer construction method has: 1. The processing size of the main bars is shorter and the amount of steel bars used is smaller. 2. The cost of splicing is lower than that of steel bar overlapping materials. 3. There is less conflict with the site environment during construction. 4. Mixed soil pouring Advantages such as better structural quality can be obtained during construction. |
