  • Abstract This research focuses on sports camera products and adopts a case study method. It uses the six standard deviation DMAIC management method and Taguchi experimental design method. It is hoped that through the quality management method and production performance measurement, the improvement of process efficiency will be improved, and finally combined Taguchi experiment method is used to optimize the analysis, use the orthogonal table to determine the parameter combination, according to the proportion of each parameter, reset the key factors of the experimental level, and find the best parameter design combination. Verify through experiments whether the expected SN ratio and average value of the optimized level combination fall within the 95% confidence interval, and then compare the data before and after the introduction of six standard deviations to check whether the process efficiency is improved and the degree of variation is effectively reduced to find out The important level and factors of influence, and then enhance the stability of the product. The experimental results of this research show that the Cpk value of poor assembly in production operations has increased from -0.28 to 0.78.
