Abstract | With the progress of society, the population is gradually concentrated in the city. In order to accommodate more people and job opportunities, the buildings began to be high-rise and underground. In order to effectively use the indoor space, hidden pipelines and interior decoration partitions lead to complicated passages. This further affects the safety of firefighters in disaster relief. In order to reduce the occurrence of unfortunate accidents, in addition to the introduction of advanced equipment, the daily physical skill training of firefighters is an indelible part. With the development of sports science, the improvement of the daily physical fitness of firefighters by old-style physical training and new-style scientific training has also been discussed. In this study, six situations that firefighters are likely to encounter when rescuing at a fire scene are set as test items, and the impact of regular physical training on firefighters' physical fitness is explored by increasing or decreasing the amount of air breathing apparatus used. The training content is based on the new and old perennial physical fitness test items stipulated by the Fire Department as a model to compare the differences between the results before and after the training. According to the experimental results, the difference in progress of the two long-term physical fitness training methods formulated in 107 years and 100 years for firefighters' positions, special duties, age, seniority, weight and other main influencing factors was analyzed. Due to the old version of physical training, but the new version of physical training requires relatively large hinterland training, which cannot be implemented for colleagues in the urban team. Based on the test results, suggestions are made for the physical training items that the Fire Department is studying, hoping to enable firefighters to have more The best way to improve your physical fitness. |
