Title	Research on the Sources of Work Stress and Relief Methods for Fire Protection Field Workers -A Case Study of Yilan County Fire Department

Abstract	This paper investigates the sources of work stress and relief methods for firefighting field personnel, focusing on the Yilan County Fire Department. The study primarily employs expert interviews and questionnaire surveys to analyze, statistically evaluate, and research the common sources of work stress and relief methods for field firefighters in Yilan County. This study conducted a survey of current firefighting field personnel and expert interviews with professional psychological support staff and senior field firefighters. From these, eight key conclusions were drawn: (1) equitable resource distribution,(2)mutual observation and hierarchical feedback,((3)stress management, (4) simplification of non-essential duties, (5) clear division of labor, (6) regular events, (7) post-disaster psychological counseling, and (8) creating a positive work environment.
