| Abstract | The new information products to meet the needs of mankind to enjoy high-quality, as well as the convenience of life. However, the results of innovation, so that to shorten the product life cycle a lot, resulting in a lot of waste, some because the sake of convenience goods, raw materials cheaper, considering such factors as the cost of the neglect of environmental protection, ecology and environment has been so serious destroyed, therefore all countries over the past few years have started to attach importance to environmental protection. In this study, Green Quality Function Deployment (GQFD) mainly mining customers a questionnaire survey conducted with experts, research laser printer quality customer satisfaction with the sort of results found in the most important customers for the low failure rate and low power consumption . Characteristics of the overall project in the most important material supply for the first three types of toner cartridges, photographic and scraper, showing the whole printer, we are the most important for the overall quality of toner cartridges, it also shows in the laser printer toner cartridges in the possession of considerable status. |
