| Abstract | In recent years, there has been an increasing shortage of professional management personnel and construction personnel for construction projects in China.During the construction process, we have faced shortages of work, insufficient manpower, and poor coordination and integration of the construction interface, which has led to lagging behind in the progress of the project and neglecting all aspects of the construction interface, The existing set-out project does not actually carry out the pre-set drawing and the size review after the set-out, but it is not known that the set-out project actually exists in all construction interfaces, which is an important link in maintaining quality, progress control and execution costs. However, in order to rush the work or other factors, the importance of pre-planning and post-review of the stakeout project is ignored. Ln addition, due to the rush of the project, construction errors or poor quality are caused, and the work must be canceled and redone. This is counterproductive, This results in delayed project progress, increased project costs and poor project quality. Therefore, this study will use the thinking of professional construction managers to collect relevant information through actual cases and expert interviews, and gain a deep understanding of the implementation of quality audit inspections by construction managers and the performance of construction technicians. Professionalism is an extremely important aspect of execution. A good plan must be entrusted to the right people to execute, so that the plan can be fully detailed. It is hoped that through this research, the construction team participating in the construction project in the future will pay more attention to the setting out project in the construction interface, and can effectively improve the construction management, thereby implementing the control of the project progress, the management of the construction quality and reducing the construction cost. |
