| Abstract | ¡@¡@Manpower training is not only an infrastructure to enhance the competitivity of an enterprise but is also crucial to sustainable development. To face the rapidly changing market, the training qualities have to be improved. TTQS (Taiwan TranQuali System) is a system designed and developed by Vocational Training Council (VTC) for all enterprises in Taiwan. Therefore, TTQS has become the most important standard for manpower training. ¡@¡@In this study, the Section of Continuing Education at Tungnan University, which adopts TTQS in its training programs, is taken as an example. The primary purpose of TTQS is to enhance the performance of training organizations and set up a reference model for other vocational training organizations. Consequently, this study will contribute to the organizations which emphasize improvements in training quality. According to this study, the adoption of TTQS featuring five main training factors and eighteen target index has been verified to elevate the competitivity and achieve sustainable development in the area of financial, learning skills, flow path system, and customer satisfaction degree. |
