| Abstract | Abstract In view of the recent cases of fire accidents in the city and neighboring counties and cities, highlighting the importance of owners and responsible persons in cognition of industrial plant disaster prevention management, causing public safety hazards and causing social concern, it is imperative to strengthen and attach importance to public safety. The person in charge of the industrial plant often misunderstands the building public safety inspection report required by the building regulations. It refers to the fire equipment maintenance report specified by the Fire Protection Law. After completing the fire protection equipment inspection and declaration procedures every six months, it ignores the annual or every two. In the year and four years, it is necessary to apply for the fire prevention and refuge facilities and equipment inspections of buildings, and miss the opportunity for improvement. Economic construction has led to the vigorous development of industry and commerce, the rapid changes in the social environment, the more complex use of buildings, and the high degree of mixed use of residential and commercial buildings. As a result, the building's disaster prevention function is declining and the risk is increased. Therefore, at the same time of prosperity and development, many urban public security issues that are related to the safety of people's lives and property are hidden in the urban environment. This study explores the public safety characteristics and importance of buildings in industrial parks in Taoyuan area and the applicability and implementation of public safety of buildings by collecting relevant literature, case studies and expert interviews, and proposes improvements to effectively solve buildings. The results of the study show that the fire prevention zone in the building public security inspection project, the partition wall of the non-fire zone, the interior decoration materials, the entrance and exit of the refuge floor, the entrance and exit of the refuge floor, the corridor (indoor access), the straight staircase, the safety ladder, etc. There are many, so the central competent construction authority and the competent authority of the target business should strengthen the public safety declaration and publicity of the building and carry out public safety inspection and supervision, and urge the owners and users of the industrial buildings and the person in charge to entrust the central competent construction authority regularly. Accredited professional organizations or personnel check the visa declaration and improve the missing items to implement the public safety declaration and inspection system and protect the lives and property of the people.
