Abstract |
Heterogeneous and diversified working contents become the norm of capability standard for an individual to join a company. Such trends of hiring policy make the performance evaluation of individuals in a department/process more difficult than ever, especially, when the department/process budget is limited. To employ minimum working force while retaining the required performance of department/process is the challenge goal of HR mangers. This paper proposes an approach to tackle such HR issue in terms of work flow analysis technique. Micro-inspections of the throughput of each individual can identify the contribution and significance of the roles of individuals in the department/process. A numerical example is given to explore the usage of the proposed approach in this paper. |
