| Abstract | Taiwan is entering an age of aging. Elderly care is already a problem that needs to be solved. Day care is also a part of the elderly care. In recent years, the government has also slowly promoted the establishment of day care centers. However, in the initial stage of promotion, it is inevitable that there are many laws and regulations that are insufficient, and the issue of fire prevention management is also a very important part related to the safety of human life. Fire prevention management includes how to effectively evacuate elders who take refuge in the weak when encountering a fire, and how to effectively use fire extinguishing equipment to extinguish the fire in the early stage of fire. As for the fire protection management of the Rizhao Center, since the main care objects are the vulnerable, it should be more rigorously examined and planned. This paper focuses on the research on fire protection management in day care centers. It first discusses the current regulations on the establishment of day care centers, which equipment should be provided, and then discusses the protection of the elderly and the weak and other issues in the fire protection management regulations, and makes suggestions for the current fire management regulations. Suggestions The laws and regulations can also regulate the protection of the weak and make it more perfect and safer. It emphasizes that the fire management system requires the industry to be responsible for their own places, and it is suggested that the government should implement penalties for fire management. This paper chooses the day care center in Luodong Township, Yilan County as an example, and considers the current on-site day care center fire management according to the actual situation. It can also be used as a reference for follow-up researchers to ensure the safety of people's lives and property. |
