Abstract | We create a high-quality environment in order to provide a better living space and resources. The advent of the digital era makes people's lives more convenient, and the technology adoption such as positioning systems, paperless processes, multiple smart devices makes the living environment safer, more precise, and more efficient. Introduction of Building Traceability into electromechanical practice aims at information sharing, material maintenance, reusing, reproducing, and recycling, so that resources can be properly cycled to extend the life cycle of electromechanical facilities to break through single use norm to achieve a circular economy in the construction industry. This study collects relevant document and research analysis through the method of literature review. Suggestions and amendments are provided to the maintenance management for the traceability of electromechanical facilities. Take a residential building in Taipei as an example, in a construction traceability reference table of electromechanical facilities, we classify the facilities as electrical equipment, water supply and drainage equipment, elevator equipment, air conditioning equipment, firefighting equipment, etc., and collect data from various stages to facilitate the management of users and controllers, which also allows users to get the required information for the future maintenance or reconstruction. After recording, it can also serve as a reference for the next maintenance and reconstruction. Consumers gradually value quality of the building and construction process, so that consumers can grasp and understand the life cycle of the electromechanical facilities in the building. The contractor sells the certification of the smart building logo to ensure quality and make the Building Traceability of the electromechanical facilities more just and credible. In the future, it will integrate data and resource management in the traceability for future use and maintenance by users and controllers to extend the life cycle of electromechanical facilities in the building. |
