Abstract | The building public safety inspection and reporting bank has achieved remarkable results year by year. According to the data released by the Taoyuan City Education Bureau in 2017, the Taoyuan City Tuition Class has completed the number of completed projects, showing a trend of growth for ten consecutive years. Therefore, this study is aimed at the D-5 group (for short-term vocational training, various types of remedial education and after-school counseling.) For example, arts and science tutoring classes, legal business tutoring classes, various language tuition classes and various talents tutoring classes, etc. Sites, identify the common lack of building public safety inspection reports and improvement measures for students and parents to make reference to the selection, the supplier to carry out the indoor decoration project construction precautions and academic units to promote the public safety inspection of buildings A reference to the matters needing attention. Through the recent report on the public safety inspection of buildings and the opinions provided by the operators, this study explores the relevant legal norms that the D-5 group should follow when operating, and the relevant legal responsibilities of the cram school operators when disasters occur.
