Title | A Study on Application of the Simple Automatic Sprinkler Equipment to Senior Citizens Welfare Institutions | ||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | The current fire protection regulations have imposed automatic sprinkler equipment for senior citizens welfare institutions over 300 square meters. However, there is no provision for senior citizens welfare institutions that have not been built on floor space of 300 square meters and before January 10, 101. Must be set. For places that are inconvenient for people with mobility, if automatic sprinkler equipment is not provided, the evacuation or waiting time cannot be effectively extended, which often leads to major deaths and injuries in the event of a fire. This study is aimed at the discussion of the application of simple automatic sprinkler equipment to senior citizens welfare institutions. Refer to the current draft of the waterway-connected automatic sprinkler system setting. According to the piping mode and the type of installation, the straight-press type, straight-junction type (direct feed type) and straight knot type (overhead type) are used as test comparisons. The test results show that the straight knot type or the overhead tank type can meet the radiation pressure requirement of 0.5 kg or more as specified in the current draft of the waterway connection type automatic sprinkler system. The purpose of the simple automatic sprinkler system is not only to improve and strengthen the serious proportion unevenness of the system-type automatic fire extinguishing equipment installation in the existing senior citizens welfare institutions, but also to provide more for deliberate dodging in such places on the edge of the regulations. The choice is no longer because the fire can not be detected and fired early in the early stage of the fire, and the regrets of casualties are repeated. |
