| Abstract | Under the review mechanism of streamlining administrative manpower and strengthening the quality of examination, this study establishes an integrated review method to objectively understand the mutual benefit of building interior decoration review and public security inspection system, and then proposes to add a review mechanism for public security project review. Methods. In addition, it is also proposed that the local competent authority should clearly implement the relevant assessment and review methods, and integrate the results of the research evaluation method to effectively provide space for improvement of local construction management agencies. Because the building interior decoration audit is different from the building public safety inspection system, and because the building public safety inspection standards are not passed, many buildings must undergo a second-degree indoor decoration improvement audit, resulting in wasted resources. Based on the research results, it is recommended that the management department have the following instructions: 1. Establishing the management of the Basic Public Security Acts and inspections and reviews on the system. 2. Establish a self-inspection project form during the first phase of the interior decoration of the building, and meet the basic safety inspection items in advance when the plan is changed. 3. During the second phase of the building interior renovation, the public safety inspector will be reviewed for the current situation and the current status will be recorded for future reference. The projects and contents added in this study require more input from experts and scholars to establish the practical right to ensure the protection of the work of the decoration practitioners and to create a public environment that is more in line with public safety and achieve the highest public interest. |
