| Abstract | New Taipei City has the most population in Taiwan, and there are many mountains and rivers in the city. The commercial and industrial activities are a lot, and the differences between administrative areas are huge. Recently, there are nearly 800,000 incoming calls annually. When we deal with 119 call, how do we do the precise and effective work to provide the citizens ˇ§1 call, 1 obligation, 9 safeties.ˇ¨ This paper studied that in certain operation, how New Taipei City Government Fire Department Dispatch Centre (so called Dispatch Centre) copes with the single major incident and lots of 119 calls emerged. Though we activate Massive 119 Calls System, when major incident breaks out, such as Taipei Metro killing incident, we found that we didnˇ¦t handle enough information in time. After our discussion, we hoped to import ICS to deal with the first report and many 119 calls, and do a good teamwork to accelerate the procedure.
