  • Abstract With the concern on workplace violence of Occupational Safety and Hygiene Act in Taiwan, the research focus on the aspects of worldwide industries and vocational related global issues. Meanwhile, the issue of workplace violence is absolutely influential among the work efficiency, productivity and management toward organizations. In addition, workplace violence accidents would probably causes directly and long‐term damages toward organization relationships, workplace harmony and workplace environment. Nowadays, groups like International Labour Organization, the European Union and most developed countries recently focus on revising of labor related laws , also concern issues about prevention workplace violence as the guildelines, tools or strategies toward local places as a result. In the case study of the research, the impact of vocational hazards on domestic workers are those 5 categories as the following, chemical, physical, human related, biological and psychosocial factors. in the past, traditionally vocational hazards regarded as non‐safety work behaviors, dangerous workplace environment or harmful exposure to chemical, biological or human hazards instead of other violence behaviors. However, there are more and more vocational accidents appealed which indicates those victims of violence attack cause both high‐risks on physical or mental harms. In conclusion, if any organizations or enterprises taking adequate identification strategies and risk assessment on workplace violence, it may possibly control the risks, the level of vocational hazards, prevention and reduction the vocational accidents, which could promote the efficiency of organization management also reach the goal of sustainable development of entrepreneurs.
