As imports of oil and gas stations open to privatization, makes storage and transport of oil activities in the increasingly frequent, the gas station's underground pipelines and underground storage tanks and buried a long time due to leakage of the opportunity to improve. Since gasoline contaminated soil and groundwater remediation high difficulty, dual-phase extraction applications in situ techniques , handling difficult removal / decomposition pollution, and to assess the impact of treatment efficiency , aims to investigate the dual-phase Extraction contaminated groundwater on , they use methods practicality and appropriateness. In order to evaluate the proper soil remediation technologies and its performance, this study collected background data of polluted gas station sites which had already been remedied in Taiwan. Several factors which may affect the result of remediation of gas station were analyzed, including sampling points, polluted duration, and the groundwater level. Then, we focus on the evaluation of successful cases which chose dual-phase extraction technology as the remediation proceses. As the review of remediation processes of each site, we discovered that finding the key factors is the most important part during the technologies survey process, for example, the characteristics of polluted sites, pollutants dispersion, soil texture and fitness of the in-situ treatment. Because dual-phase extraction technology mainly depend on physical mechanisms, such as basic computation of fluid dynamics, the expected results are often obtained if one can control the required variables. and setup enough sparging wells. Finally, most reports of studied cases rather emphasizing their final data than revealing enough design parameters from the chosen technologies on their remediation process in Taiwan, it makes it difficult to find enough information to evaluate the performance of remediation technologies theoretically, therefore, in applying for the pre feasibility assessment should be conducted, avoid possible negative effects resulting. |
