Abstract |
In this paper, the mathematic model of brush less DC (BLDC) motor is analyzed, and a available speed control method of BLDC motor is proposed for Electric Vehicle (EV). The VR is simulated as a paddle of EV, and the analog voltage generated by the VR is converted to the 8 bits digital signal by a Analog”ždigital converter (ADC 0804). The digital signal is transferred to pulse stream signal by a single board microprocessor, which is applied to control the speed of BLDC motor. A BLDC motor testing system is built for experiment. The experiment results show the proposed method is available, and the single board microprocessor system is easily implemented for commercial applications. |
