Title | Study on the correlation between basketball playersˇ¦ shooting posture and shooting distance on shooting percentage and body sway rate | ||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | In the past, basketball research has mostly focused on psychological aspects, shooting form, shooting strength, and the effects of defending players on stability, with less emphasis on the direct relationship between shaking rate and stability. Through analyzing the shooting patterns in major championship games in past basketball competitions, it was found that players on the court often use walking jump shots or moving jump shots as their main technical movements, both of which have a high shaking rate. This study will use instrument testing and analysis to understand the relative relationship between shooting accuracy and shaking rate at different distances. The results of this study found that the shooting distance has a significant difference in the body sway rate. Under the interaction with the shooting distance, there is no significant impact on the body sway rate. The shooting distance has significant differences on the plane displacement distance and standard deviation. There is no significant difference in shooting percentage between one-handed shooting methods, but there is a significant difference in shooting distance. Among them, the shooting rate from the three-point line is significantly lower than the shooting rate from the free throw line and half of the free throw line. |
