Keyword | |||
Abstract | In today's society, information overload has become prevalent, and people have access to various channels to obtain a wide range of information, including knowledge about fire prevention. However, these information sources are numerous, repetitive, and chaotic, which can confuse and overwhelm the general public. Additionally, some information may be misleading or inaccurate, requiring careful verification. There is a lack of social awareness regarding fire prevention, and raising awareness and engagement in fire prevention campaigns requires the attention and participation of society as a whole. However, there are instances of insufficient social awareness, where individuals may overlook the dangers of fire or neglect safety precautions. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen social education and public awareness efforts to enhance people's fire prevention consciousness and self-protection capabilities. This study utilizes literature reviews, data from fire investigations, and statistical analysis, focusing on Taipei City as a case study, to analyze the relationship between fire prevention and awareness campaigns and fire incidents. These findings aim to serve as a reference and guide for future disaster prevention awareness initiatives and planning. |
