  • Abstract In recent years, domestic disasters have been spreading frequently, causing the government and the private sector to invest in disaster relief and increasing costs, which indirectly affects the overall domestic economy. The hinterland of New Taipei City is very large, and it is close to Taipei City. It is also an important economic and political area. If you encounter a toxic chemical accident, the consequences will be very significant. In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of disasters, corresponding measures can be initiated effectively and immediately, so this study takes the Xinzhuang District poison operation field as the main research goal.
There are many small factories in Xinzhuang District and they are set up near homes. In addition, Xinzhuang Industrial Zone is located at the traffic point. Therefore, the potential dangers should not be underestimated. The surrounding environment mentioned above is used for investigation and supported by quantitative statistical data. With the supporting data, it is possible to clearly know the establishment of related information such as the regional environment, development status, and meteorological survey parameters. With the ALOHA system and geographic information system, understand the emission mode, rate and amount of the hazard source, and draw a simulation layer for the external school of toxicants.
The simulation layer and data show that there is still much room for improvement. It is hoped that through these findings, we can effectively improve the pre-disaster, during and post-disaster prevention and relief concepts of the industry and disaster relief units and update accurate disaster prevention and relief at any time. Information, as reference data for related strains.
