Keyword | |||
Abstract | In the modern society, primary medical institutions have become the first choice for the public and which is also a convenient and rapid way for seeking medical help. The traditional emergency or outpatient methods use the graded medical care promoted actively by the NHI, which facilitates the collaborations between the medical systems to enable the public to get the best medical care. Utilization of the electronic referral platform and cloud system for uploading and sharing helps to implement two-way referral collaboration. This thesis discusses about whether the medical area is well planned and implemented in the three different departments (Dentistry, Rehabilitation, and Obstetrics and Gynecology) from basic medical institutions. Field investigation and evaluation methods are used to bring up deficiencies and provide design improvement plans. The thesis aims at improving the current situation and design, so that the citizens could have a safer environment for medical treatment. ¡@¡@The main purpose of this research is to analyze the equipment safety, fire protection settings, escape routes and infection control methods of primary medical institutions. The sampling principle is to randomly sample three primary medical institutions in different departments (dentistry, rehabilitation, obstetrics and gynecology). Observation, shooting, sampling, on-site evaluation in the space of the medical facility, and the use of case field investigation and evaluation methods to propose deficiencies and provide design improvements. ¡@¡@In view of this, medical institutions should also have a comprehensive emergency response plan to effectively prevent accidents, ensuring that all primary medical institutions can provide a safe and effective medical environment. |
