  • Abstract Pulse measurement is a simple physiological signal that can be easily measured, Traditional measurement requires huge instruments and program analysis to understand a person¡¦s physical condition; In recent years, measurement research experiments have become more and more common, the purpose of which is to obtain relevant information more easily. The main purpose of this research is to propose a new type of pulse capture system and apply it to pulse wave velocity and three-dimensional phase map measurement. It is different from the mechanical rigid pulse diagnosing instrument that mostly uses pressure transducers, micro actuators and other capture units in the past, We use light sensors as the sensing components with our self-developed sensing circuits and analysis programs. In the actual waveform measurement application, the pulse wave velocity and three-dimensional phase diagram, which are highly correlated with the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, are used as the analysis objects to verify the feasibility of the system. In signal processing, we use the NI ELVIS II data acquisition (DAQ) function to capture the measured radial artery's inch, close, and ulnar pulse signals to the LabVIEW platform to reconstruct the pulse signal waveform. Finally, perform comparison, analysis and performance evaluation by actual measurement and the results.
