| Abstract |
This thesis was applied to analyze and evaluate the competency of occupational safety and health manager according to quality management guidelines for training of ISO 10015 of the International Standard Organization (ISO). According to article 23 of Taiwan occupational safety and health act, employers shall formulate a safety and health management plan based on the scale and characteristics of their business entities, and shall also establish safety and health organizations and personnel to implement safety and health management and self-inspections. This thesis was employed to analyze the competency of occupational safety and health manager using questionnaire survey, 540 investigations was determined and evaluated using 21 questions for Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 of ISO 10015 and Taiwan training quality system (TTQS). The competency of occupational safety and health manager should be cared and supposed using training and education, technique learning, etc., with a team, a group, a professor, a consulter, and so on. |
