Abstract |
Global warming and weather changes caused by climate anomalies weird, causing rainfall tends to break the world record, abnormal weather rainfall often results in our lives trapped in flooded city. Developed by New Taipei City Government's flood prone area roads based query system, assuming that simulate extreme rainfall intensity of up to 700mm, the flood potential areas of weakness security object has four elderly care centers and nursery childcare by 6 a total of 153 people as a priority to rescue evacuation and fire squad to three simulated rescue evacuation assuming the shortest time is 85 minutes and a maximum of 305 minutes to analyze the issues identified by the study. |
