| Title | The Analysis of Power Output Data for Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) | ||
| Keyword | |||
| Abstract | This study investigates the effects of variations in roller weights and main spring specifications in the CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) system. By using a dynamometer to measure the output results, detailed data analysis is conducted, encompassing statistical analysis of output power, speed, and torque, as well as both quantitative and qualitative analysis of the output curves. The study focuses on commonly used roller weights of 12g, 13g, and 14g, and main springs with specifications of 1250rpm, 1500rpm, and 1800rpm. These specifications can produce a total of nine different combinations through permutation. Observing the minor differences when changing the part specifications aids in linearizing the data. The main objective of this research is to enhance the power output and performance of the vehicle by modifying the CVT transmission system of the continuously variable transmission scooter. Specifically, this involves transmission modifications by changing the roller weights and main spring, with the effectiveness of these modifications evaluated through dynamometer testing. |
