Abstract | Abstract Nowadays, the quality of construction projects is the most direct and effective way for enterprises to establish brand value, and more attention should be paid to improving construction quality to increase the added value of enterprises. It is hoped that through the goal of this case, it will become a reference for the construction industry to become a world-class luxury residence, find out the reasons for the most urgent need for improvement at present, and avoid the impact of the large environment that will prevent the implementation of various construction projects, resulting in huge losses due to shutdowns, so that the industry can continue to serve the society. Public service, expecting to achieve a balance of human resources, salary satisfaction and construction quality in the construction industry can all improve and create a win-win vision. The purpose of this study is to hope to find out the correlation, in order to improve the current situation of the industry. In this study, the main research object of the case construction workers is to explore the correlation differences between various aspects in different background variables. research showsĄG 1.Different demographic background variables have some significant differences among various aspects of human resources. 2.There are some significant differences among various dimensions of salary satisfaction among different demographic background variables. 3.Different population background variables have some significant differences in construction quality among various aspects. 4.Human resources departments have a partial impact on overall salary satisfaction. 5. Human resources have a positive impact on the overall construction quality. 6. Each component of salary satisfaction has a partial impact on the overall construction quality. |
