Abstract | In this paper, It can be learned through the ambulance quality control and the secret recorder,during cardiopulmonary resuscitation, compression depth and rate are up to standard,Perform respiration and pulse assessments, shocks and intubation maneuvers,interrupting compressions for no more than ten seconds, how can chest compression fraction above standard, improve patient survival and hospital discharge rates, further research, and analysis and discussion of this issue. Under the rapid development of Taiwan's metropolitan area, the total number of emergency medical technicians have increased, the survival rate from 1% before 1998 has now reached 10%[1]. In this paper, through literature analysis, literature collection and out-of-hospital cardiac arrest rescue data analysis, first discuss the out-of-hospital cardiac arrest ambulance cases, how correlated are the factors influencing high performance cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Through literature analysis, collection and out-of-hospital cardiac arrest data analysis, this paper first explores how much correlation there is between cardiopulmonary resuscitation and factors affecting of high performance cardiopulmonary resuscitation. 1.Improve the influencing factors of high performance cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which in turn increases chest compressionfraction. 2.According to the high performance cardiopulmonary resuscitation operation process, the use of QCPR APP, out-of-hospital cardiac arrest situation exercises and data analysis to improve the quality, and then improve the technology of the emergency medical technician. 3.In the out-of-hospital cardiac arrest ambulance box, perform high performance cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the patient's spontaneous blood correlation between recovery of the ring and recovery rate. |
