Keyword | |||
Abstract | Abstract This article analyzes the effectiveness of OHCA (Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest) rescue work for volunteers. Discuss the effectiveness of participating in OHCA rescue by volunteers of the New Taipei City Fire Department in 108 years. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the police evacuation personnel on duty to discuss the implementation of OHCA ambulance technology by volunteers in the emergency ambulance service. The main conclusions of this article: (1) After the discussion, we clearly learned that the increase in the energy of rescue and the increase in the number of CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) publicity year by year also reflected the increase in the survival rate and time of OHCA. (2) The ambulance justice disappears from the aid of the ambulance scene, and understand that the rapid reduction of CPR+AED operation time can effectively improve the rescue rate. (3) The government has achieved excellent results in the promotion of CPR, and many people have knowledge of CPR. The early implementation of CPR and electric shock in OHCA patients can increase the survival rate, and many people are also willing to pay enthusiasm to help more people. Discuss the substantive help of volunteers and volunteers in the implementation of CPR+AED cases. At the same time, they should understand that the training of rescue volunteers focuses on those first-aid techniques. Existing AED sites, at the same time mastering the distribution of AED, effectively using their own ambulance technology and public AED use, when giving an emergency ambulance address, immediately go to implement emergency ambulance, effectively improve the survival rate of OHCA patients when all three conditions are met.
