| Abstract |
台灣每年約有三萬多件火災頻傳，今年四月二十六日，林森北路KTV大火之後，人們發現消防安全設備是否能正常動作是重要課題，本研究特別針對二十個場所，列出每年消防檢修申報之缺失，並加以彙整，然後以專家估測法，找出較重要之缺失項目作為因子探討，再以層級分析法(analytic hierarchy process，AHP)，算出每項因子之權重，最後分別排列找出「火警自動警報設備（火警/緊急廣播）」、「滅火器」、「水系統消防安全設備（室內消防栓設備/室外消防栓設備/自動撒水設備/泡沫滅火設備）」、「避難逃生設備（標示設備/緊急照明設備/避難器具）」、「消防搶救上之必要設備（連結送水設備/緊急電源插座）」，這五大項因子，提供業主應優先改善之項目，一旦修繕完成，才能有效降低財產損失，及提升公共安全。 |
