| Abstract |
This study discusses the response mechanism of occurrence highway disasters during the typhoon seasons, and takes Suhua Highway as an example. Instead of emphasis on post-disaster procedures, this paper attempts to focus on precautions. The study analysis of historical disaster case, understand the modes of occurrence of disasters and build up the response mechanism to decrease the damage of road users. The study also proposes related suggestions for future disaster resistant and disaster reduction. |
