  • Abstract In this study, in order to develop new polymer composite materials, the use of multi-layered graphene as a reinforcing material, epoxy resin as a base to mix in different proportions to explore concentration for flexibility and elongation, impact of mechanical properties and observe composites subject to change at different stretch rates.
    To investigate the effectiveness and the future development of the multilayer graphene mixed with the material, in the research, we got the best result at the 2% of graphene mixed up with EPOXY. At 2%, can effectively improve the elasticity coefficient of 17.5%, 0.8 upgrade Shore %, to enhance the toughness of 12.6%.
    SEM observation and recording surface of the test piece was found in 2 percent more composite materials, the good dispersibility of graphene, 5% and 6% of the composite material over the discovery of graphene intensive.
