Title | The study of anodic titanium oxidation TiO2 nanotubes prepared by tetrabutylammonium fluoride with different pH | ||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | Green products were getting more and more important, there is growing emphasis on green issues, photocatalyst has been widely used in environmental protection,among them,the anatase phase was formed in High temperature, it was the most widely discussed and Application. Nanoscale titanium dioxide has high degree of chemical stability, non-toxic, compatible with humans, etc., and they are the most commonly used photocatalyst, but also the most commercial value in the decontamination and environmental applications. In this work, a pulsed DC power supply was adopted to anodize the pure titanium plate to produce titanium nanotube array, Pulse voltage, time and different pH were adjusted to study their influences on the morphologies and dimensions of titanium nanotubes. The surface and morphology of the TiO2 nanotubes were explored by field emission SEM. The chemical compostions and the crystalline of the nanotubes were analysis by EDS and XRD. The Methylene blue degradation test were adopted to evaluate the photo catalytic ability of TiO2 nanotubes. |
