The twenty-first century is a highly developed science and technology industry century, and therefore the progress of high-technology products brings the convenience to people. No matter is industrial, commercial, military, medical or consumer products, it is dependent on the extent of 3C electronic products has reached a situation can not be separated. In this study, research in science and technology products, copper flex printed circuit board's role and functions. Focus on Taiwan Copper Flex Printed Circuit Board (CFP) industry structure, the upper reaches of raw materials, industrial status and future trends to analysis and understand the situation. To combined with SWOT analysis, five forces analysis, value chain and strategic management for analysis and base on case studies to collect a large number of relevant information. Also conduct in-depth interviews with staffs in the case company, through this study to enable the case company has a better understanding of CFP industry and the current status of the environment of CFP as well as in the course of development challenges faced by and its response to the program. Providing suggestions to the case company that in order to continue to keep the case company in the competitiveness of the market, the case company should enhance and improve technology and strengthen the management and personnel professional training, and then make the best use of group resources to have the industry strategic alliances with vendors in order to stabilize each other in terms of price, quality, supply and delivery and create win-win situation. |
