Abstract | In this study, based on a specific area related to the Taipei water management laws and regulations, combined with scientific, academic research is based on the completion of this study. Study between the views of different disciplines to carry out water conservation and river management, particularly water quality and safety and eco-engineering has not yet been determined between the relevant times, with particular emphasis on the protection of the environment and create good water quality important. The focus of this study, emphasizing the environment and pollution control to create and enhance the capacity of water, making the catchment area to withstand natural disasters and man-made pollution to improve water quality.
