This paper studies the current situation of disaster prevention propaganda carried out by the Fire Bureau of Yilan County Government on weekdays, and takes field firefighters as the re-search object. Discuss disaster prevention publicity and education programs and current situa-tion. The main conclusions of this paper: (1) At present, Yilan County has insufficient fire-fighting manpower. It can be promoted through the Internet, such as Facebook fan group, YouTube video promotion, and even in large-scale activities of the county government or other teams, to cooperate with publicity, or to write unified publicity Teaching materials, providing lecturers for disaster prevention publicity lectures, and enhancing the willingness of fire col-leagues to implement publicity and self-learning. (2) Encourage disaster prevention personnel who have completed the training to participate in their communities, promote the concept of disaster prevention and disaster reduction, or establish a community encouragement system to assist in obtaining subsidies for community disaster prevention equipment. (3) Strengthen the concept of disaster prevention through the initial training of disaster prevention personnel and the continuous retraining mechanism. The community should widely publicize and expand the recruitment of volunteers to avoid the aging of the manpower, so as to continue the concept and implement disaster prevention. |
