Abstract | Now the New Taipei City Government Rescue Dive Team is in a transitional stage. In view of the divemaster command system has taken shape, and various types of water accidents occur frecuently. In order to carry out the diving rescues more safely and efficiently, this research is aimed at duties of the Diving Team. Through document analysis, case studies and interviews with experts, this research explores the related content of the safety, equipment, training, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) of the New Taipei City Government Rescue Dive Team. Finally, the relevant suggestions are put forward so as to improve the duty execution and the mental health of the personnel of the New Taipei City Government Rescue Dive Team. This research puts forward the following conclusions. First, Safety:by assessing three types of diving risks to improve the safety of divers. Second, Eequipment: add diversified equipment and auxiliary apparatus to assist divers in carrying out diving duties. Third, Training: enhance the divers¡¦ abilities with frequent training and different diving modes. Fourth, Specialized Diving Team: the specialized team can carry out tasks more safely and reliably. Fifth, PTSD: the prevention and the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). As long as the above five aspects are taken into consideration, it is believed that the diving rescues of New Taipei City Government Rescue Dive Team can move towards a better future. |
