Title | From the Crane¡¦s Hook Inspections to Investigate the Reliability | ||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | Abstract The Law of Occupational Safety and Health defines that cranes as essential machinery, also one of the important elements hook crane transport system, its safety factor should be four or more. Moreover, weighting factor for the safety of the hook, if the data of safety factor gets higher would cause the waste of resources instead, whereas the data of safety factor lower, which may cause the incidents of occupational accidents. Crane hooks with widely model specification ranges, there are huge differences between the working conditions and management, which the hook may cause major accidents resulting fracture. Therefore, understanding of the safety factor hook in an accurate description of the failure, also the safety use of hook would improve the life of the hook. This paper discusses the force, the use of abrasion wear, the fatigue of repeated fatigue damage, safety analysis. Analysis tensile test through the hook, hook strength calculation method of analysis and simulation software; and by the physical properties of materials, mechanical design reference manual experiments to estimate the statistics analysis, at a set of operating conditions, analyze its safe use, reliability , and reference the crane industry in support of the actual test data to check the data analysis. And the world's major of the relevant criteria; then explore and use the hook to check the status of quantitative data record hook state normal stress distribution analysis and improper use of state-wide security use reliability. |
